Kelly Osbourne fan site KellyOsbourne.org has uploaded a scan of a News of the World article featuring the first picture of Kelly after coming out of rehab. Check it out here.

Osbourne, who was treated for addiction to painkillers, spent a day shopping in L.A. with mother Sharon.

In related news, Sharon Osbourne has been approached to replace former SPICE GIRL Mel B as one of the judging panel on the U.K.'s "The X Factor", according to The Sun.

An insider said: "[The] producers have decided they want Sharon because she will be the rudest, most outspoken judge ever."
